What we actually collect (very little)
Draft — under attorney review. This page is a plain-language, factual description of RoleMath’s current data practices as of July 2026. It is not yet an attorney-finalized policy and is not legal advice. The finalized policy will replace this page and will be dated.
Browsing this site: no account, no ads, no tracking pixels.
RoleMath is a static reference site. You can read every page without creating an account. We run no advertising, no ad-tech trackers, and no cross-site tracking pixels.
The planner: an email address, only if you ask for a plan.
The planner works without signing in. If you choose to receive your plan by email, we collect that email address and your intake answers to generate and send the plan. We do not sell or share that information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Analytics: aggregate and cookie-less, if enabled.
If analytics are active, they are privacy-first aggregate counts (which pages are visited, roughly where traffic comes from) with no cross-site tracking and no individual profiles.
Infrastructure logs.
Like nearly every website, our hosting providers (Cloudflare, Railway) keep standard server logs — IP addresses and requests — for security and reliability. We do not use these to profile you.
What we will never do.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your email with training providers, schools, or recruiters. If our practices ever change, this page changes first — dated — before anything else does.
Questions or removal requests
If you gave us your email through the planner and want it deleted, contact us and we will delete it. See the about page for who runs RoleMath and how we make money for our independence commitments.
