Terms of use
The ground rules, honestly stated
Draft — under attorney review. This page states the working ground rules in plain language as of July 2026. It is not yet an attorney-finalized terms document and is not legal advice. The finalized terms will replace this page and will be dated.
What this site is.
RoleMath is a cited reference for career and certification decisions. Pay and outlook figures are occupation-level context from public sources (BLS, O*NET); certification facts come from the vendors' official pages and documents. Every figure is planning context, not a promise about your outcome.
What this site is not.
Nothing here is a guarantee of a job, a salary, an exam result, or an admission. Nothing here is legal, financial, or professional advice. Employers, vendors, and markets change faster than any reference site; always confirm requirements on the official source we cite before you spend money.
Accuracy and freshness.
We date our sources and refuse to publish numbers we cannot source. Even so, information can go stale between checks, and we may correct errors at any time. If you find one, tell us and we will fix it.
Your use of the site.
The site is free to read. Do not scrape it into a competing product wholesale, misrepresent our content as a guarantee, or republish our pages as your own. Quoting with attribution and linking are welcome.
Trademarks.
Certification names and vendor marks (CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, and others) belong to their owners. RoleMath is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any certification vendor.
