What a manager-ready request should contain
State the capability target, certification and current exam, learner baseline, free preparation already available, practical work to complete, the named reason paid structure helps, known required-exam cost, dated training observations, quote unknowns, employer-plan questions, expected completion evidence, and the exact decision requested.
Do not include a fabricated ROI, salary or promotion promise, pass-rate claim, provider recommendation, current-availability claim, or legal conclusion.
